Arsitektur antariksa, dalam definisi paling sederhananya, adalah teori dan praktik perancangan dan pembangunan lingkungan yang dapat ditinggali di luar angkasa.[1] Kesepakatan arsitektural untuk rancangan pesawat luar angkasa mengalamatkan plingkungan pembangunan total. Arsitektur tersebut utamanya berlandaskan pada bidang teknik (khususnya teknik penerbangan), selain juga melibatkan berbagai disiplin seperti psikologi, fisiologi dan sosiologi.
